By definition, a Voltage Protection Device is designed to protect electrical systems from conditions such as neutral open and double phasing. These are critical electrical faults for which conventional protection devices often provide no safeguard. The device is engineered to withstand 440V in a single-phase supply for more than 24 hours, preventing damage to connected equipment, including UPS systems, stabilizers, and surge protection devices (SPDs).

The Voltage Protection Device automatically disconnects the power supply whenever unsafe voltage conditions are detected. Once the voltage returns to a safe operating range, it restores power automatically, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted protection without requiring manual intervention.

Every day, electrical systems are exposed to 100–200 voltage spikes that gradually reduce the lifespan of connected equipment. The Voltage Protection Device features built-in 160kA surge protection, effectively absorbing spikes and surges to safeguard electrical installations and connected appliances from damage.
